Please fill out this form for each child that will be attending and click submit. VBS is for 4-year-olds through those who have recently completed 5th grade. Your three-year-old may be excited to attend, but he or she can't just yet. All participants must be at least 4 years old.

You will receive an email confirming your registration. In that email, you will find a link to the release form, which you need to edit and send back to [email protected]. (Form can be edited via computer or some mobile devices).
